He previously served in senior roles at the White House and State Department, where he worked at the intersection of national security, tech, and foreign policy. Joe brings deep experience across government and strategy, now solely focused on building the first AI-native OS for public policy professionals.

Brandon drives all technical development at Helios, from AI architecture to infrastructure and product experience. Before co-founding the company, he was a product leader at Datadog and an engineer at Microsoft, and has built and scaled distributed systems used worldwide. At Helios, he’s engineering Proxi’s backbone to deliver the speed, reliability, and trust policy teams need to navigate accelerating regulatory change and policy volatility.

A former senior advisor at the U.S. State Department and international lawyer, he’s led both diplomacy and high-stakes dealmaking across the U.S. and Middle East. At Helios, he bridges policy relations, corporate law, and business development to advance the company’s growth and strengthen its strategic position on the global stage.

Yes. Proxi is the software foundation. Deployment strategists provide premium support for implementation, workforce rollout, training, maintenance and adoption, while helping your team plan for long-term needs. When you choose to pursue a defined application or integration, forward-deployed AI engineers build it on Proxi’s modular foundation.

How is Proxi different from generic AI tools like ChatGPT or Perplexity?

Proxi organizes policy, legal, regulatory and legislative work in ready-to-use applications. Teams can monitor developments, research source material and draft documents within a shared workflow. Its proprietary ontology engine connects the underlying information, providing the foundation for both the core applications and tailored work.

What if our needs don't fit neatly into a subscription or a standard consulting engagement?

We start with the workflow your team needs to improve. Deployment strategists help define the requirement. If you decide to pursue tailored work, forward-deployed AI engineers build the agreed application or integration on Proxi’s modular application layer and proprietary ontology engine. Scope and pricing are agreed for that work.
